Politicians should listen to the scientists they fund. Why fund them?  You know, if you are not going to listen to the results of their experiments, why did you fund them?  And stop supporting this idea that that foods must be inherently dangerous when they're produced using precision methods.  Science shows that they're not.  Not one single piece of evidence.  Look in Europe, in Europe you're not allowed to grow GM foods and yet they import millions of tons of the products of GM food to feed their animals.  Cattle, pigs, whatever.  Millions of tons of GM soybeans go into Europe.  The Europeans apparently don't worry about their animals.  These things are perfectly safe for their animals, it's just for humans that it's bad.  Well, I beg to differ.  Soybeans taste good whether they're traditional or GM.
