And since 2002, maybe 15 million children have died because of Vitamin A deficiency ... I want to know how many kids have to die before we think that a crime is being perpetuated against humanity here.  In my view, this is something that is terrible.  You know, if this was a genocide in Rwanda, we'd hear nothing but stories about the perpetrators here.
