Spreadsheets - Each RHA can download the raw data used in recently released reports and further analyze them as necessary.

Lookup tables - these store previously generated statistics; the basic (limited) data typically come from recent censuses and other national surveys; users can choose the region, types of data, and variables.

Interactive data applications - allow users to post and answer data questions directly and immediately, rather than depending on intermediaries such as programmers, epidemiologists, and analysts. Statistics are calculated for the user. There is also more flexibility in choosing parameters with this approach.
