Due to regionalization, in nine of Canada’s ten provinces, responsibility for decision-making about health and health care has been transferred to local health authorities (called regional health authorities (RHAs)), many of which service rural and northern areas.

Recent work at MCHP has sought to provide information directly relevant to these RHAs. For more information on MCHP’s recent and current research projects and publications:
