Upload your proof of vaccination today

Pitt requires every student, faculty and staff member to comply with certain COVID-19 mitigation measures unless they provide proof that they have been vaccinated.

To upload your proof of vaccination online, you will be required to complete a short form with the type and dates of your vaccine and upload your photo or image of your vaccination card. Community members will be assumed to be unvaccinated unless they provide evidence of being fully vaccinated.

If you are not fully vaccinated (or have not disclosed this information to Pitt), you will be required to participate in the following containment measures:

  • Mandatory virus testing as often as once a week.
  • Contact tracing to identify potential exposure.
  • Quarantine and/or isolation if exposed or infected.
  • For students living in on-campus housing: Negative COVID-19 test results before arrival.

Global mitigation requirements (e.g., universal masking) may continue apply to everyone, as determined by Pitt’s Healthcare Advisory Group.

If you still need to be vaccinated, the Pittsburgh campus offers frequent vaccination clinics — make an appointment or walk right in.
