July 15 Deadline for Conflicts of Interest and Commitment Disclosures

Faculty and staff required to make annual conflict of interest and/or commitment disclosures are asked to complete them by July 15, 2020, using the University’s new MyDisclosures system.

Those required to disclose should have received a direct link to their form emailed to them from MyDisclosures [at] pitt.edu (My).

2019 and 2020 disclosure details and deadlines

• 2019 disclosures will continue to be accepted as valid for grant submission until July 15.
• Starting July 15, 2020, only 2020 annual disclosures submitted through MyDisclosures will be acceptable and valid for grant submissions.
• DO NOT submit your annual disclosure in MyDisclosures until you receive an email from MyDisclosures [at] pitt.edu (My) with a link to your form instructing you that it is time to do so.
• If you completed a 2020 COI disclosure form in the COI SuperForm system, you must complete a new form in MyDisclosures. (It is not feasible to import information from the COI SuperForm system into the new system.)
