The Mental Wellness Task Force of the Senate Committee on Benefits and Welfare is convening four groups in April and May for those who work at Pitt to talk about pent-up pressures.

The stress management group will meet three times: 3-4 p.m. on May 6, 13 and 20.

The difficult conversations/de-escalation group will meet three times: 2-3 p.m. on April 14, 21 and 28.

The 60-minute mindfulness group will meet four times: 2-3 p.m. on April 19 and 26 and May 3 and 10.

The 30-minute mindfulness group will meet four times: 12:30-1 p.m. on April 20 and 27 and May 4 and 11.

There will also be a one-time Introduction to Mindfulness on Tuesday, April 13 from noon-1 p.m.
