All Pitt community members are invited to celebrate student achievements in sustainability at the University’s 16th annual symposium.

Students from two courses — Sustainability Capstone and GEOL 1333 — will present and table on their green projects. Past projects from these courses include a sustainable laundry effort, solar tables on Posvar Patio and the Relearn Our Land initiative.

After seeing this year’s student-led projects, attend the awards luncheon and celebrate students, faculty, staff and groups who have made the University a more sustainable place. Pitt will also recognize the 2023 Student Sustainability Champions and present the first Erika Ninos Student Sustainability Award.

Register to attend the symposium at noon April 21. And, save your seat for the awards luncheon, which will follow the presentations in the O’Hara Student Center Ballroom.
