Pride Week at Pitt returns with exciting events hosted by the Rainbow Alliance during March 20-26.
Indya Moore, an actor best known for their work on the TV show, “Pose” and activist for trans people of color, disability justice and sex workers, will be a guest speaker from 7:30 to 9 p.m., Friday, March 25, in David Lawrence Hall, Room 121. Pitt ID will be needed for entry.
The annual Drag Show will also make a comeback after a two-year break due to COVID-19. The show will be held 8 to 10 p.m., Saturday, March 26, in the O’Hara Ballroom.
Throughout the week, Rainbow Alliance will be collecting cash donations to benefit SisTers PGH, a local organization that serves Black and brown trans and nonbinary people.
