Graduating seniors, register to walk the stage and receive your diploma at the University of Pittsburgh spring commencement ceremony, which will be held at 1 p.m. April 28.

Pitt’s Office of Special Events sent an invitation and RSVP link to all students who have completed or will complete their graduate requirements between January and April 2024. The deadline to register is 6 p.m. April 10.

Going forward, the spring ceremony will remain for Pitt undergraduates who complete their graduation requirements between January and April, while a winter ceremony will recognize undergraduate and graduate students who earn their degrees between May and December.

Undergraduate students who will complete their requirements to graduate in the summer term and would like the opportunity to walk early are eligible to put their name on the spring commencement waitlist, which is also live through 6 p.m. April 10.

Registration is also open for Lavender Graduation, which celebrates the achievements of LGBTQ+ students, and The Gathering, a special ceremony honoring graduating BIPOC students. Lavender Graduation is at 6 p.m. April 25, and The Gathering is at 7 p.m. April 27.
