A Pitt junior will compete on 'The Amazing Race'

Maya Mody, a junior at the University of Pittsburgh, will compete alongside her brother for $1 million dollars on “The Amazing Race.”

The David C. Frederick Honors College student has been a fan of “The Amazing Race” since she was young and is among the all-time youngest competitors on the reality show. The new season took competitors to locations throughout the Americas, including Mexico, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Chile. Learn more in Mody’s interview with “Pitt to the Point.”

Tune into the premiere of Season 36 at 9:30 p.m. March 13 on CBS. Episodes will also be available to stream on Paramount+ the day after airing.
