Leadership Pittsburgh, Inc. graduated nine Pitt alumni from its Leadership Development Initiative.

Participants in the program completed eight months of community engagement skill-building and engaged in networking opportunities and a regionally based enrichment project.

This year’s cohort is the 29th in the nonprofit’s history. Leadership Development Initiative enrollees are 26-35 year-olds and identify as high-performing young professionals who want to make a positive impact in the region.

“I'm graduating from this program knowing there are 47 others in organizations across the Pittsburgh area who are going to be intentional and impactful leaders in the region in years to come, many of whom I'm very proud to say are fellow Pitt grads,” Zachary Harr (A&S ’13) said. “I'm excited to see how we will continue to serve the Pittsburgh region for decades to come.”

This year’s Leadership Development Initiative Pitt alumni include:

  • Gina Clapp (SHRS ’13)
  • Zachary Harr (A&S ’13)
  • Pat O'Donnell (ENGR ’14)
