WHO MINDbank online platform (launched in Dec 2013). A new product of WHO's QualityRights project.
Mindbank provides stakeholders in countries with access to a wide range of resources to assist them in reforming their policies, strategies and laws and services.
It encompasses not just in mental health but also in a number of related areas including substance abuse, disability, general health, human rights and development.
