Once the evaluation of the state of the national publications and the establishment of a National Network are completed, there needs to be a decision on the Platform.  We have found that many platforms can be used, the easiest of which is merely sending emails back and forth between those who are the experts and the budding researchers.  This may be all that is needed in areas where there is a low volume of questions and answers.  The second approach is that we could set up on the Library of Alexandria server National Country help desks. We have also built a Facebook page which could be used in other countries, or we could help build national help desks for countries on Face book. There are several types of free QA software that we can help with.

All of the platforms will be inter linked as we want to have a global repository about questions and answers. Also, the questions and answers need not be in English especially with the National help desks.
