The next critical element is to build the Network of people for budding researchers and for experts willing to answer questions.  This can be accomplished by first tapping into the 50000 member network of the Supercourse from 174 countries.  We have identified 250 white/no/dyed hair academic faculty world wide. For almost all countries in the world we have at least 20 experts, in many countries this is even much greater.  The Junior faculty know other junior faculty so they can reach young faculty across the nation.  It is also easy to identify with Google Scholar and Pubmed those faculty in a country who publish in global health and statistics.

From the Network we will identify a sufficient number of experts willing to answer questions, and budding scientists looking for advise.
