Budding young investigators send their questions to us usually before they actually collect data. In this manner we can help  with their design front end.  Most of the questions can be handled locally, but for the difficult questions they will be posted to the main help desk in Alexandria.  We will start by helping with research design and statistics.  We plan to also help with English Grammar in the future.  We will teach the investigators how to chose journals for submission.
