Developing countries have a low scientific productivity. Only 3% of scientific publications come from Developing Countries, despite 27% of the scientists and 80% of the people living in these countries.  Those living in developing countries have excellent ideas and incentives to publish. However, they have difficulty in publishing due to “stataphobia” which is the fear of research methods and statistics due to lack of access to those skilled in statistics. We will change this by building research methods help desks.
