The infant’s mortality has tendency to decrease during the first month of life (during the neonatal period both at the age 0-6 days and 7 days to 1 month ) and grow up after 1 month during the last years. It could be related with problems in outpatient care.

There is slight decrease of stillbirths. The main reasons of death are certain conditions originating in the perinatal period: intrauterine hypoxia and congenital malformations. In last years there is an improvement in situation with perinatal mortality. The number of children who die during the first year of their life decreases too.
