Dr. Pauley's proposal to inventory the reptiles and amphibians in the nine National Parks of the National Capital Region was funded. He is currently in his second year of sampling and plans to complete the study within the year.

Bryophyte Survey:
As part of AINH's long-term monitoring project in a northern hardwood deciduous forest, bryophytes are being identified in the invaded sites.

Vascular Plant Survey:
As part of AINH's long-term monitoring project in a northern hardwood deciduous forest, vascular plants have been identified in both the aquatic and terrestrial plots of invaded and non-invaded sites.
