Estrogen is supposed to increase the incidence of back pain and that might make the back bones a little unstable. So our hypothesis was that people who were taking estrogen would be more likely to have back pain. And indeed we found this, it is highly significant. We do have very, very large numbers, the increase is not tremendous, the maximum we got is about a 60% increase in our ratio of 1.6. These odds ratio were adjusted for control for other covariants.
