The results of our research show that in terms of anthropogenic chemical burden diminution on the human organism between of 1987 –1993, the indexes of still-births as well as up to one year infant mortality have decreased. On the background of almost half-decreasing volume of pollutions in the town the still-births rate decreased from 19.2%o to 10.09%o. Up to 1 year infantile mortality decreased for 8.85%o. Infantile breathing pathologies rate decreased triple. At the same period the death-rate in the group of respiratory pathologies decreased from 28.2 to 24..05 (per 100 000 of population). The decrease of summary pollutions index “P”(1) from 10.7 to 4.8 is correlated with the stillbirth-rate decrease as (r=0.85); correspondingly the breathing pathologies death-rate decrease can be described as the average correlation (r=0.44).
