Since 1987 the dynamics of public health have been the main subject of this research. The criteria of the public health does not correspond to the new situation. There is an obvious contradiction for example between the abrupt decrease of the people’s demand for medical care and the death rate increase. In this connection it was important to work out the new approach to the support and social assistance for the group of population, which are identified as medical and humanitarian target groups. The information of mortality and morbidity was gathered from official statistics, Cancer Institute of R Armenia, dispensary. For find out the health deviation of school children because of malnutrition it was studied children’s anthropometrical indexes. The investigations of the health effects of air pollution (SO2, Nox, CO, dust, benzene, phenol ) was based on the data of the Monitoring Center.
