There will be 120-180,000 homeless Vets by 2017 if housing cannot be found.  Working with USAC, to give preference to the homeless vets, we can obtain free cell phones and 250 minutes per month, hopefully the VA will provide a point of contact.  In addition we need continuous monitoring of mortality and evaluation.
