The Pan American Health Organization was very beneficial. Sixth from the left is the former director of the Pan American Health Organization, who was very helpful. The main person at PAHO was Carlos Gamboa, who was third from the left, Eric Marler from IBM, (5th from the end), Tony Villasenor (4th), Francois Sauer (3rd, digital) and Eugene Boostrom (2nd, world bank) were extraordinarily helpful.
