"Wei ji", a Chinese character for crisis, consists of two
parts: danger and opportunity. Given the fact that some children and
are traumatized by wars in their countries, studies have shown that
children are resilient. We believe that with attention and professional
help, these children are able to transform their traumatic experiences
into power for growth. Thus, while GINIE's landmine
help, these children are able to transform their traumatic experiences
into power for growth. Thus, while GINIE's landmine
awareness education program aims to raise our awareness of the devastating
effects of wars on children, this project aims to provide educational
support for children in crises who are suffering from developmental
delays, physical disabilities, and psychological disorders. We have been
trying to do as much as we can given the fact that at present, we are
still trying to conceptualize how to provide educational support according
to needs. We are however pleased to invite you to visit the following
sites to see what you can do for these traumatized children.
