Welcome to my site. I am currently the Vice-chairman of the Environmental and Occupational Health Department here at the University of Pittsburgh. My research interests pertain to free radical biochemistry. This involves phospholipid signaling in cell death pathways; nitric oxide(NO) interactions with cellular components including posttranslational modification of proteins and NO signaling; redox status and injury and repair; antioxidant activity of pulmonary epithelial and endothelial proteins.
