San Antonio Nogalar: La sierra de Tamaulipas y la frontera noreste de Mesoamérica

by Guy Stresser-Péan

The site of San Atonio Nogalar, Tamaulipas, was discovered in 1950 by Joaquín Meade, a historian. In the early 1950s, Richard McNeish excavated a series of test pits and made surface collections. In 1967 the site was visited by the French Mission, which carried out excavations in 1968 and 1969. This comprehensive report presents the results, not only of archaeological research, but also of historical, botanical, and zoological studies. In Spanish.
