Upcoming Flexible Workplace Support Sessions for Supervisors

Supervisors across the University are invited to attend a virtual workshop presented by the Office of Human Resources’ Organization Development team to support supervisors in implementing the Interim Flexible Work Arrangement Policy (IFWA) in their areas. 

These support sessions will offer supervisors guidance on how to have productive conversations with your team, ideas for thinking creatively about options available to you, and insight and resources to support you in making decisions that align with the IFWA policy.

These sessions will not detail the policy itself, but instead offer conversational assistance to supervisors in applying the policy. For details about the policy, including a recording from a past training on the policy and procedures, visit HR's Flexible Work Arrangements website.

Supervisor support sessions are scheduled for the following dates:

• Wednesday, July 7, from 10-11 a.m.
• Tuesday, July 13, from 1-2 p.m.
• Thursday, July 22, from 10-11 a.m.
