From Apple Watches to Ziplines: Win Prizes When You Share Your Status

Are you vaccinated against COVID-19? Complete a voluntary Vaccination Disclosure Form today for a chance to win prizes—including up to $2,500. The drawings began June 26 and all students and employees at all campuses who are vaccinated and fill out the form are eligible.

Prizes include Giant Eagle and Walmart gift cards, book store gift certificates, season passes to ski resorts and much more.

To be eligible for the drawing, you must disclose that you are vaccinated or that you have a medical or religious reason for why you are not vaccinated. Individuals who have disclosed by 12 a.m. ET on the day of the drawing are eligible for that week’s drawings. If you are selected as a winner in a drawing, you will need to submit proof of vaccine or an approved exemption.
