University Club event celebrates Pittsburgh Public Schools’ top students

a group of students and administrators

On June 13, Pittsburgh Public Schools celebrated 72 of the district’s valedictorians and salutatorians at an event at Pitt’s University Club, cosponsored by the University Educational Outreach Center in the Office of the Provost and by the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.

Mayor Ed Gainey spoke at this Breakfast of Champions event, which was also covered by WPXI and WTAE. These exceptional students will graduate this weekend — and 19 of them will attend Pitt in the fall, listed below by school.
