Ying Liu defended his Ph.D dissertation on September 23rd, 2011. The titile of the dissertation is "Combining Sequence and Structure Information to Model Biological Systems Dynamics". He will soon graduate from the Joint CMU-Pitt Ph.D. Program in Computational Biology, University of Pittsburgh.
He has been working with Prof. Ivet Bahar, in computational structural biology.
