- Plan, develop, and implement a controlled vocabulary for a knowledge management system to aid peacekeeping missions in instituting rule of law.
- Toumanoff Virtual Library (2004)
- Plan, develop, and implement a digital library of 30 years’ worth of hard-copy project reports for the National Council for East-European and Eurasian Research. Project involved scanning 1200 documents, creating a full-text index of the resulting PDFs and creating a web-based search interface.
- Portable International Lecture System (2003)
- Plan, develop, and implement a portable system for streaming live video of lectures via Internet2 from network-enabled venues at the University of Pittsburgh.
- Peace & Security Studies Thesaurus (2002)
- Plan and oversee the creation of a controlled vocabulary to provide indexing help to librarians and content providers in the field of Peace & Security Studies.
