Associate of Science Degree 
in Natural Science with an emphasis 
in Chemistry 

The Chemistry program at UPT covers the first two years of a four-year chemistry curriculum leading to a Bachelor's Degree.  Students are then eligible to relocate to a four year campus of the University of Pittsburgh or transfer to another university.

Students with an Associate Degree in Natural Science with an emphasis in chemistry may gain access to mid-level technical positions in the chemical, biochemical, environmental, pharmaceutical, and related industries and businesses.  They may also be eligible for admission into health occupational/professional (pre-medical, pre-dental, or pre-chiropractic) programs.
