General Help Information:
Student computer consultants are available in the computing lab area, 2nd floor Blackington Hall. Consultants can assist students in the use of lab facilities, direct users to documentation and troubleshooting most service problems.

Voicemail
Students living on campus have voice mail available to them. Information concerning their account is included in the orientation packet they recieve at move in.  For problems concerning voice mail such as activation, password problems, or retrieval of message problems, please contact Ralph Miller at 269-7194 or x7194
Free Microsoft Software Program
