Overview
There are many resources that are available to faculty and staff that can be reserved or borrowed.  The following are services provided by the university.
Computing Labs
Open hours vary from lab to lab; please check the postings at each facility for up-to-date hours or view information for computing labs and scheduled hours can be found on the Facilities and Hours page. For reservation information, see below.
Technology Ready Classrooms (TRC)
All TRC’s are equipped with lab based Windows PC’s, visualizers, VCR’s, DVD and CD Players, microphones, overhead projectors, video projectors and large size electronic screens. Laser Disc players and slide projectors are available as special requests. The following rooms are available:
Blackington Auditoriums - 131, 134, 138 
Krebs – 220, 221, 200 
Biddle – 214, 248, 252, 101 
E&S – 200, 228, Auditorium

Classroom Network Access
All UPJ classrooms are equipped for network/Internet access. Laptop computers and portable video projectors are available for loan and classroom setup from the User Services department (see below).
Computer Lab or TRC Reservation
Campus computing lab classroom facilities and TRC's are a valuable teaching resource.  Classrooms in the campus computing lab system are available for reservations. 
A. To have a course permanently assigned to a computer lab or TRC for scheduling purposes, the request must be submitted to the registrar’s office through a Department Chairperson when courses are committed for scheduling.
B. To reserve a computer lab or TRC for a single class period, contact Mr. Robert Eckenrod at x7105, 141 Blackington. Labs and TRC’s are scheduled on a first-come-first serve basis subject to availability.  You may also submit a request for a computer lab online.
Laptop Computer or Video Projector Reservation
Laptop computers and portable video projectors are available for loan to students, faculty and staff for class presentations, workshops and conferences.  Contact Ms. Linda Leech in User Services at x7104, 141 Blackington.
Audio Visual Equipment Reservation
Contact Ms. Linda Leech in User Services at x7104, 141 Blackington.
Videotaping, Renting Of A Video Or Tape Duplication Request
Contact Ms. Linda Leech in User Services at x7104, 141 Blackington.
Film Or Video Purchase Request
Contact Pat Balko at x7290, 205 Owen Library. 
Borrow A Film Or Video From The Pittcat Collection
Contact the Owen Library circulation desk at x7300.
Photography Services Request
Contact Mr. Rick Povich in User Services at x7103, 141 Blackington.
Telephone And Network Port Request 
To request a new phone or network port please contact Mr. Robert Eckenrod, User Services office - 141 Blackington Hall. x7105. (General problems should be reported by calling the UPJ Technology Support Desk at x7755). 
To arrange for a cell phone or investigate University sponsored calling plans contact Ms. Linda Leech in User Services at x7104, 141 Blackington.
Training Needs

Voice Mail - Audix
To arrange for Audix, Voice mail service or to report problems with existing your service, call the support desk at x7755.  Monthly Audix charges are $3.
