University Court offers an alternative to traditional residence hall living.  This apartment-style complex houses approximately 120 students.  University Court is a safe, quiet environment within easy walking distance of all campus facilities.  Students are assigned to University Court as space is available.

Each building contains 8 - 12 apartments housing 4 to 5 students of the same gender per apartment.  Each apartment contains a living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining alcove, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, and built-in cabinets.

These spacious apartments afford students additional privacy and an alternative to traditional residence hall living. Many students who spend their first year or two living in College Hall or Robertshaw Hall spend their latter years living at University Court with 3 or 4 of their closest friends.
