8:00 am Check-in (pick up materials, name tag; if staying on campus, place belongings in residence hall, eat continental breakfast)

8:45 am Welcome by President Frank A. Cassell
9:00 am Break into groups with S.O.A.R. leaders
9:30 am Foreign Language Placement Exam
10:30 am Overview of Academic Affairs
11:30 am Office of Student Services
12:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm Math Placement Exam (no calculators permitted!)

2:45 pm Academic Villages Presentation
3:15 pm College Financial Issues
4:30 pm Discussion of Scheduling Process & Academic Majors
5:30 pm Dinner
6:30 pm Meet the Coaches / Tours offered -- residence halls, Computer Center, Millstein Library

8:00 pm 

-----RESIDENT students meet with Residence Life Staff
-----COMMUTER students meet with Director of Student Activities and current commuter student

8:30pm Evening Entertainment

Friday

9:00 am Academic Advising & Registration

There is no way to know exactly when you will be done for the day; it depends on how quickly registration is moving. In years past, most students have been done by 1:30 pm.

A more detailed schedule will be provided to you during check-in on Thursday.
