The Office of Student Services (OSS) is located in  219 Chambers Hall. The OSS staff assists students in their personal development, creates a positive environment outside the classroom, and provides essential student services. The Office of Student Services coordinates the areas of athletics, career services, counseling, food service, health services, housing, intramurals, judicial affairs, leadership, orientation, student activities and organizations, volunteerism, and the University ID Card Center.

 Membership in the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg Student Activities Board (SAB) is open to all Pitt-Greensburg students.  The role of the members is to plan, promote, and implement educational, cultural, and entertaining programs which meet the needs and interests of the student body. Programs foster a positive sense of community, and provide opportunities for leadership and student development.

The SAB consists of three officers and four standing committees: President, Executive Director, Business Manager, Entertainment Chair, Film/Lecture Chair, Marketing Chair, and Special Events Chair.  Each Chair forms a committee and is responsible for planning and implementing a variey of events. The group is guided by a staff advisor. A typical semester of programs includes concerts, dances, educational lectures, music and cultural productions, a film series, tickets to Pittsburgh sporting events, student-produced competitions, gameshows, and novelty attractions such as laser tag and virtual reality.  Annual highlights have included a Fall Festival, Halloween Dance, the Winter Formal (Snowflake Ball), Casino Nights, Spring Carnival, and a variety of collaborative programs with the Academic Villages.Image of Halloween Dance
