Please submit this form no later than two weeks prior to the starting date of the event to the Office of University Relations.

Please send any additional information important to a news release to the office, i.e. photos.

Note: Submission of this form to the Office of University Relations does not guarantee that your event will receive total media coverage, but only that all pertinent information will be forwarded by the Office of University Relations to the media for their use. Not all items will be considered newsworthy by U.R.I.A. or newspaper editors.
