The discipline of History is concerned with the broad range of experiences,
events and decisions which have taken place in the past and which have
shaped our current world. Our program concentrates on the history
of the United States, Europe and Latin America and their interactions with
the remainder of the world. It is also concerned with imparting an
introductory knowledge of the basic tools of history.
History -- Major Requirements (36 credits)
Students must earn at least a grade of C in all courses used to fulfill major requirements. Courses used to fulfill major requirements may not be used to simultaneously fulfill the General Education degree requirement for the baccalaureate.
