To achieve success at communication on the way to have positive health outcome, first of all, the environment that the behavioural change will take place should be defined. Behaviours take place on certain axes and are affected from the other relevant behaviours neighbour to themselves and also from internal and external factors. Health care providers and patient mainly form a behavioural interaction triangle. This triangle should be defined and analysed with its interactive subgroups. (Figure 4)
