The lecture was very valuable in transmitting the message that powerpoint presentations can be a valuable tool in communicating results from research in a very quick, cost efficient manner to scientists all over the world. The current method of communicating research (journals) is time consuming, costly, and limited to specific disciplines. To complete one's research may take one to two years, but it may take five or more to get the results published. I think we need a much more efficient system to get research out to the public. Thanks for the insight and the excellent demonstration of differences in print and powerpoint presentations.
