Considering CHD, a disease which could be easily combated through different factors, i.e. smoking, overweight, atherosclerosis. Although one to one approach to disease of great prevalence clearly is of value to patients, and families, it dose a little to alter the distribution of the disease in the population because new people will develop the disease. Thus individual approach exhaust medical care resources and environmental approach is clearly more efficient.
