Need to insist on the representativity of the survey sample; there does not exist (to our knowledge) any pre-established list of the various institutions involved in child health research over the world, meaning that the institutions were contacted based on the results of the literature review, on professional networks and also after browsing over the Internet: as a result, this survey present a good diversity of participants, whether it be geographical or institutional diversity, but not exhaustivitiy.

Also the Global Forum required a report on child health and nutriton; differentiated health and nutrition because of the feeling that nutritoinnists do not have enough say in child health otherwise; so this may have oriented certain answers to focus more on nutritional aspects of child health.
