randomise a patient using the paper randomisation system: - Ensure the patient meets the eligibility criteria - Select the lowest numbered treatment pack - Complete the Patient Entry form (incl. date & time - Fax or email the Patient Entry form to the CRASH The paper randomisation system is only for hospitals that do not have access to the 24-hour telephone randomisation service. - Ask collaborator to comment on patient entry |
