How would you decide if the review diagnosis was different from the NHSCR diagnosis?

When you do an epidemiological analysis of cancers, you usually group the cancers into categories. It makes no difference to the epidemiological analysis if the review diagnosis is slightly different from the NHSCR diagnosis but is still in the same category.
