Airflow going through the chamber (Liters/minute) being equal to the total volume (Liter) of chamber is a good bet to run a chamber. Thus a 100L chamber should be operated at 100L/min airflow. This is amply sufficient to prevent temperature rise due to animal body heat and will keep CO2 and ammonia levels low.
