CS = (174.2 x 295 x 0.02 x 1000000) : (24.5 x 273 x 760) = 202
  mg/ m3  = 26 ppm

It is useful to know CS and to compare it to TLV, PEL or a given toxic concentration, even if CS can never be achieved in a spill. Probably around 20-25% of CS can be achieved, unless this is in a closed room.
