The proportion of blue collar to white collar and lower educated to higher educated workers was recalculated. Instead, the ratio of blue collar workers with a lower education to white collar workers with a higher education living in areas was derived from the Moscow census. To examine the alcohol anomaly in greater detail, an aggregate variable was calculated, the mean level of alcohol consumption for each area.
