On one hand, new technologies have always been associated with increase in costs of services. The cost of initial system installation is indeed high. Thus, possible initial increase in prices for medical care can be presumed, leading to higher charges on the part of insurance companies -> adding financial burden on average enrollees whose willingness to pay may further diminish -> shrinkage of pool of insured people -> higher insurance premiums -> aggravate further withdrawals (potential vicious circle). However, further utilization of CDSS implies diminishing marginal value.

- We expect decrease in cost of insurance premiums provided the long-standing reduction in price of medical services. This fact, in its turn, will trigger elevation in insurance plan enrollment on the part of general population (that is typically healthy) and their willingness to pay.
